Once you get to the ferry, simply show your ticket and you can board.

The ferry ride takes approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Tip: If you arrive early, ask if you can take an earlier ferry. I had a ferry scheduled for 7:00, but because I arrived early, I was able to take an earlier one.

04 — Albania Border Control

Getting through border control in Albania can take a little while after you get off the ferry.

It's usually quite fast, but there can be a queue depending on how many people are arriving at the same time.

If you're in a rush: Try to get off the ferry as early as possible.

A good tip is to sit toward the back/end of the ferry so you can be one of the first people off.

Once you get off the ferry, follow the signs and go through Albanian border control.

After you pass through, you'll exit near the port and officially be in Albania! 🇦🇱
